What happened after Bar Rescue?

Six Point Inn sat at a six-way street intersection in Portland's St. Johns neighborhood, purchased by owner Oleg Pilipenko in 2009. On the episode "It's Always Sunny in Portland" (aired 2015-07-12), the bar was shown roughly $1,000,000 in debt, with the show's producers describing tension among the ownership group over how the business was being run. As part of the rescue, host Jon Taffer redesigned the space around a breakfast-and-bar concept, brightened the exterior, and renamed the business Over Easy Bar and Breakfast, adding an expanded food menu built around all-day breakfast items alongside the bar's existing drink program.

The rebrand stuck: unlike some Bar Rescue owners who reverted to a pre-rescue name, the Six Point Inn location kept operating under the Over Easy name in the years that followed. A March 2022 write-up from the local blog Portland Dive Bars described the bar, then partnered with a food vendor called The Pickle Box, as a neighborhood spot known for an all-day dive-bar breakfast, chicken fried steak, a curated tap list, and a partially covered back patio, and listed hours split between an afternoon happy hour and a late-night one.

More recent signals about the bar's status conflict. A Yelp listing for the location shows Six Point Inn, the bar's original pre-rescue name, marked as permanently closed, with that listing's most recent update dated April 2026. At the same time, the business's own website, reachable at overeasy.bar, carries content and photos uploaded as recently as July 2026, states "We are open for full-service dining and takeout," and lists current phone, email and hours (8:00 am to midnight daily) for the North Columbia Way address.
