On Travel Channel's "Food Paradise" (season 4, 2013), Sparks Steak House was featured for its dry-aged steaks and traditional a la carte steakhouse menu. According to Wikipedia (revised 2026-07-11), the restaurant is located at 210 East 46th Street in Midtown Manhattan, between Second and Third avenues; the restaurant's own website separately listed the business as established in 1966 by Pasquale Cetta and Michael Cetta. The restaurant's own website, checked 2026-09-08, listed current weekly hours and offered active online ordering with delivery starting at noon on weekdays, along with sections for private rooms and a guest book, both consistent with continued operation at the same Midtown address. No change in ownership or location was found in the sources reviewed for this update.
