Strikers Is Now Bullseye Sports… — What Happened After Bar Rescue?

Bar Rescue featured this Meridian, Idaho, bar in the episode "Spare Me Another Chance" (S8E34), aired 2023-05-21, under the name Strikers. A check of the business's own website, bullseyesportsbarandgrill.com, performed 2026-09-08, returned an HTTP 200 response with an HTTP last-modified header of 2026-09-05, three days before the check, and page content including a 2026 copyright notice. The site's title is "Bullseye Sports Bar & Grill - Sportsbar & Grill," showing the location at 324 S Meridian Rd, Meridian, ID 83642 now operates under that name rather than Strikers.

The site carries the tagline "Where FUN Happens!" and lists a phone number, 208-888-2048. It includes a sign-up form inviting visitors to "Join The Club" for event invites and offers, which requests a name, email, zip code, and birthdate; this record did not submit any information through that form. Google's Places record for the address lists the business as operational, consistent with the live, recently updated website. No information in these sources describes the specific problems Taffer's crew addressed during the original rescue at Strikers, nor the details of what was changed in decor, menu, or staffing, beyond the eventual rebrand to Bullseye Sports Bar & Grill.

The three-day gap between the site's last modification and this record's check indicates an actively maintained, currently operating website, though it remains a single source rather than two independent sources or an official record. No secondary source, such as a dated Yelp or news listing, was reviewed for this record; our site check was judged sufficient to establish current operation. Google's Places record lists the business's coordinates as approximately 43.60, -116.39, matching the Meridian Road address, and does not show any alias name for the property distinct from Bullseye Sports Bar & Grill. No customer reviews were examined as part of this record's evidence, since the website's own recent last-modified date already provided a more directly dated signal of current operation than third-party review counts would add.
