What happened after Man v. Food?
In this episode, Casey Webb sampled Edge Brewing Company's homemade "death sauce," a house hot sauce paired with the Boise brewery's own beer and cider, according to 107.9 LITE FM's coverage of the same Boise episode (Michelle Heart, October 9, 2018). Edge Brewing Company was a Boise brewpub that had operated for about a decade, according to Idaho News. Idaho News reported that Edge Brewing closed for good on July 3, 2024, after the company held a farewell sale before shutting its doors. BoiseDev reported on June 26, 2024 that the brewpub's building went up for sale and that the Edge beer, cider and cocktail brands moved to Garden City's Western Collective, which continues to make and sell Edge-branded drinks at its own brewery, at grocery stores, and at other bars and restaurants around the Boise area.
