What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's “Buffet Paradise” (aired 2013) featured Stubb's Bar-B-Q, the Texas barbecue restaurant and live-music venue on Red River Street in Austin known for its smoked meats and outdoor amphitheater. Stubb's own website, checked September 8, 2026, listed an upcoming Gospel Brunch show for September 13 alongside its regular concert calendar, and Google Places lists the business operational. Between the barbecue restaurant, a retail shop selling Stubb's branded sauces, and the concert venue, the Red River Street location continues to operate much as it did when the episode aired, with no dated report found of any closure, relocation, or ownership change since 2013. The site's active event booking, still selling tickets for shows just days after this check, indicates the venue remains a fully functioning restaurant and entertainment destination today.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
