What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's “Buffet Paradise” (aired 2013) featured Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, known for serving buffet dishes like bone marrow, duck tacos, and kimchi fried rice on individual-sized plates rather than large chafing trays. According to Wikipedia, the Cosmopolitan's towers on the Las Vegas Strip began construction in 2007 and the resort is now operated by MGM Resorts International. Google Places lists Wicked Spoon operational, and a 2026 pricing guide from Vegas411 put weekday brunch at $49.99 and weekend brunch at $54.99 per adult, with a discounted Wednesday rate for Nevada residents. Multiple 2026 review roundups continue to rank Wicked Spoon among the top Las Vegas buffets, behind only Caesars Palace's Bacchanal Buffet, indicating the restaurant remains open and actively marketed under the Cosmopolitan's MGM Resorts operation.
