The Alley is a full-service restaurant on Aiea Heights Drive known locally for Hawaiian comfort plates such as oxtail soup and a Pepsi Cola-braised turkey sandwich. According to Yelp, the business's page carried a July 2026 update with more than 6,000 photos and 2,200 reviews and no closure notice. Aiea Bowl's own website lists The Alley's dining room as open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes a media page crediting the Food Network appearance.

Part 2 — Season 24, Episode 6 Aired February 3, 2016

In the 'Comfort Food Mash-Up' episode, which aired 2016-02-03, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives returned to The Alley Restaurant at Aiea Bowl for its oxtail soup and Pepsi Cola turkey sandwich, two local favorites at the bowling-alley eatery. Brothers Glenn and Gregg Uyeda own the restaurant, which sits atop a 1960s Aiea strip mall and blends American and Hawaii Regional dishes such as kalbi short ribs, loco moco, and mahi-mahi. According to SFGATE, the oxtail soup drew a following well beyond the bowling lanes after Guy Fieri's original visit.

In the "Takeout: Ordering All Kinds of Flavor" episode, which aired September 25, 2020, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives revisited The Alley Restaurant at Aiea Bowl in Aiea, Hawaii, as part of a segment on past Triple D restaurants serving takeout during the pandemic. The Alley is known for its oxtail soup, served with shiitake mushrooms, peanuts, and baby bok choy, a dish Guy Fieri had previously praised on the show, according to SFGate. The restaurant, located inside a bowling alley, was one of several past Triple D stops the episode checked back in on for their takeout operations.
