What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured The Noble South in downtown Mobile, Alabama, for the 'East, South, West' episode, which aired October 20, 2023, spotlighting the restaurant's Southern, farm-to-table cooking. The Noble South operates on Dauphin Street around a changing seasonal menu, according to its website, thenoblesouthrestaurant.com. A September 8, 2026 check of that site returned the page with a same-day server update timestamp, a 2024 copyright notice, and a page-content timestamp of November 17, 2025, plus working reservation and gift-card tools. Listed hours included dinner service Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. and weekend brunch, according to the site.

Google Places also listed the business as operational as of the same date. No news coverage or review carrying a date more recent than the site's own November 2025 content update was found during the check, so that site refresh and the current Places listing are the most recent documented activity for the restaurant.
