What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's 'Brew and Chew' episode (S15E2) featured Tiger!Tiger!, a craft-beer tavern in San Diego's North Park neighborhood that opened in 2011 and built a following for its rotating beer list and gastropub menu. CBS 8 and SanDiegoVille reported that Tiger!Tiger! permanently closed on 2020-09-17, unable to recover from the COVID-19 shutdown after roughly a decade in business. Co-owner Jeff Motch told CBS 8, 'There was no way to translate tiger into a COVID era business.' The same CBS 8 report noted that Rudford's, a longtime diner across the street, said it would defy any renewed shutdown orders rather than close. A separate San Diego business, Tiger Café at 345 Market Street downtown, surfaced during research as a possible match for this record but is a distinct, unrelated cafe at a different address and was ruled out as a duplicate.
