What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's 'Brew and Chew' episode (S15E2) featured Good City Brewing Co., a craft brewery and taproom on Milwaukee's East Side known for its house beer and pub food. In January 2025, according to Milwaukee Magazine, Explorium Brewpub acquired Good City Brewing, forming the Explorium Hospitality Group; owner Mike Doble told the magazine the Farwell Avenue taproom 'needs a reset' and that the company planned to turn it into 'something entirely different' while keeping the brewing operation, describing the Farwell building as 'pretty great and set up for efficient production.' As of the reporting, the transition's exact timeline and any renaming had not been finalized. A Google Places record checked across the show pointed to a different Explorium-branded address, 333 W Juneau Ave, unrelated to Good City's own Farwell Avenue site.
