What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives stopped at Vinal Bakery, a Somerville, Massachusetts bakery known for scratch-made breads and breakfast pastries. The shop also bakes custom cakes and ships baked goods nationally, according to its own website, vinalbakery.com. On September 8, 2026, that website showed active ordering options for takeout, local delivery limited to weekdays, nationwide shipping, and breakfast catering, along with a listed careers page, gift-card sales, and an "Our Story" page describing the bakery's background. The site did not carry a copyright year or other explicit 2026 date marker, so the working order system, staffed careers listing, and current menu links stood as the evidence gathered on that date. No additional news article or review was consulted beyond that same-day website check.
