What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited His Place Eatery in the episode "Home Cooked Flavor," which aired October 11, 2024, for its chicken and waffles alongside ribs and other soul food. The Indianapolis restaurant operates two locations, on the city's east and north sides, according to its own website, hisplaceeatery.com, which describes the food with the line "Simply. Good. Food." That site's HTTP headers showed a last-modified date of September 8, 2026, and the pages carried a 2024 copyright notice alongside working online-ordering links for both the East and North locations. The website also listed a catering menu, a seating-info page, a careers page, a photo gallery, and a merchandise shop, all reachable from the site's main navigation when checked that day.
