The Hotel Inspector (Channel 5) episode "Warwick Hall, Carlisle" aired July 3, 2018. According to TheTVDB's episode entry, Warwick Hall is an 11-bed country house near Carlisle, described as idyllic, though the business itself was struggling. Retirees Val and Nick ran it, and the entry says the business needed a rebrand and a revival before reviewers arrived, with host Alex Polizzi having to persuade the couple that the changes were necessary.
TVMaze lists a return visit, "Warwick Hall, Carlisle," as the first episode of series 7 of The Hotel Inspector Returns, dated July 29, 2021. It describes Warwick Hall as a 10-bedroom country house in Cumbria and says the family's way of life there was pleasant while the business was in serious financial trouble.
The hotel's own website, last modified September 25, 2026 and carrying a 2026 copyright line, describes a dog-friendly luxury bed and breakfast on a private estate on the River Eden, about two miles from Exit 43 of the M6.
