Yeastie Boys Bagels is a New York-style bagel business built around hand-rolled bagels and breakfast sandwiches with pop-culture-inspired names, founded in 2014 by Evan Fox, according to the Food Truck Association of Los Angeles. Fox began hand-rolling bagels in his apartment and delivering them to contacts in the local music scene before launching what the association's profile calls LA's first bagel truck. The business has since expanded well past that original truck. According to the company's own site, yeastieboysbagels.com, it now runs counters across Los Angeles at locations including Melrose Place, DTLA, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Studio City, Venice, Brentwood, Highland Park, and Encino, alongside its mobile trucks.
