What happened after Food Paradise?
An S17E9 episode titled "Go Big or Go Hungry" featured Barton G. The Restaurant, a Miami Beach dining destination that also books weddings and corporate events. The restaurant operates from 1427 West Ave in Miami Beach, with an indoor dining room and a garden space used for private events. According to the restaurant's own website (bartong.com), checked 2026-09-08, the site carried a 2026 copyright, listed separate pages for weddings and corporate-event catering, and linked to an active reservations system for the Miami Beach address. A Yelp business listing for the same address, updated July 2026, showed current photos and guest reviews. Google Places separately flagged the location's business status as closed temporarily, but that flag carried no date of its own and was superseded by the fresher, dated evidence from the restaurant's own site and the Yelp listing.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
