What happened after Man v. Food?

In the same "Ozark Mountains" episode, Casey Webb visited Billy Gail's Cafe in Branson, home to the restaurant's signature 14-inch pancake, per the restaurant's own site and local write-ups describing the dish. Billy Gail's is a longtime Branson breakfast spot known for large portions and scratch-made comfort food such as biscuits and gravy, according to its own marketing materials. IMDb credits Randy Blong, the cafe's manager, with an on-screen appearance in the episode. Billy Gail's has since expanded further: the business's own site and Yelp listings show it now operates three area locations, at State Highway 265 in Branson, at Branson Mill, and in Ozark, Missouri, all still taking customers as of Yelp reviews updated in June and September 2026.
