What happened after Man v. Food?
Casey Webb attempted Superb Sushi's "Demon's Delight Challenge" in this episode, downing a bowl of "Miso Soup from Hell" followed by the Demon's Delight roll topped with the restaurant's own death sauce, according to 107.9 LITE FM (Michelle Heart, October 9, 2018). Superb Sushi opened in 2005 at 280 N. 8th St. in Downtown Boise, per the same report, which described it as a longtime local favorite among Boise sushi diners. 107.9 LITE FM reported that the restaurant's owners announced via a Facebook post on September 27, 2018 that they were retiring, and that the Downtown location served its last day of business on October 13, 2018. The outlet noted the closure came from the owners' retirement rather than from declining interest in the restaurant's sushi.
