What happened after Man v. Food?

Casey Webb took on Kirby's Kupcakes' Goliath Challenge in this episode: one giant chocolate cupcake equal to 22 regular-sized cupcakes, to be finished in 30 minutes, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (January 31, 2018). The paper reported that only 15 people had completed the challenge before Webb's visit, and that he finished with more than four minutes to spare. Co-owner Lisa Hastings, who appeared on camera, had sought a spot on the show for years before producers found the downtown Rogers bakery, per the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Kirby's Kupcakes' storefront at 128 S. 2nd St. is listed as permanently closed on both Yelp (updated June 2026) and the NWA Food directory (updated 2026), though neither source gives an exact closure date.
