Part 1 — Season 19, Episode 3 Aired

On Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri visited this East Village bar and restaurant and sampled its award-winning Sebastian Burger, the dish that first put the restaurant on the show. Brindle Room operates as a bar and restaurant known for pub-style fare such as wings, steak frites and spaghetti and meatballs. According to EV Grieve (2021-06), the original 11th Street space closed and the restaurant spent months searching for a new home before reopening nearby. EV Grieve reported in November 2024 that the relocated Brindle Room, now at 647 East 11th Street in Manhattan's East Village, had been "recently revamped" with an expanded menu. A Yelp listing updated in July 2026 shows the restaurant still operating at that address.

Part 2 — Season 23, Episode 17 Aired

On the 'Extra Helpings' episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives (aired 2015-11-27), Guy Fieri returned to Brindle Room in Manhattan, New York. The segment featured the restaurant's Sebastian's Steakhouse Burger, made from a 70/30 ground beef blend, according to the show's episode archive at dinersdriveinsdives.com.
