What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Bunk's Sandwiches in Portland during the 'All Stacked Up' special, which aired 2017-03-10, sampling the shop's stacked deli sandwiches. Bunk Sandwiches began as a small sandwich counter and grew into several Portland locations, including a combined restaurant and music venue on SE Water Avenue. According to Wikipedia, the original Morrison Street shop closed in 2018 and the Alberta Street location closed in 2020, with a Bridgeport Village location also closing in January 2025. A Yelp listing for the SE Water Avenue address, updated in September 2026, lists the business as Bunk Bar, a bar and live-music venue, rather than Bunk's Sandwiches. Bunk Sandwiches' own website, last updated with 2020-dated content, still directs visitors to the Water Avenue address as "Bunk Bar Portland."
