What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Potato Champion's Belgian-style fries, hand-cut and double-fried, served with a choice of house-made dipping sauces, alongside a Canadian-style poutine. Potato Champion is a food cart that has operated at Cartopia, a longstanding food cart pod and beer garden on Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland, since 2008, according to the cart's own website. The cart's website, checked on 2026-09-09, listed a 2025 copyright, current weekly hours, and an active online ordering system offering both pickup and delivery. Potato Champion's continued presence at Cartopia and its working ordering platform indicate the cart remains part of the pod's regular lineup as of this check, though no source carrying a date more recent than the site's 2025 copyright was found during this check.
