What happened after Food Paradise?

Food Paradise's 'Noodle Nirvana' featured G.C.D.C. Grilled Cheese Bar for its build-your-own mac and cheese, made with elbow noodles and offered alongside the shop's grilled cheese sandwiches and quesadillas; the restaurant's Toast ordering page lists the dish by name. Bruce Klores and his son Steven Klores opened the shop in April 2014, a block from the White House in Foggy Bottom, as a father-and-son project, according to the restaurant's own website. A site check on 2026-09-08 found that website live, last modified 2026-09-02, with a working online-ordering system and no closure notice. Google Places likewise lists the Pennsylvania Avenue location as operational as of the same check. No source found indicates a closure, relocation, or ownership change since the episode aired.
