What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Noodle Nirvana' featured Spaghetti Incident for its signature dish of long pasta served to go in a paper cone, a concept Refinery29 traced to Italian street-food carts of the 1950s. The 35-seat Lower East Side spot, which opened May 26, 2015, takes its name from Guns N' Roses' 1993 album "The Spaghetti Incident?," according to The Infatuation's review. The Infatuation and Time Out both describe a menu built around nine long-pasta preparations, including carbonara, bolognese, and amatriciana, plus Sicilian-style arancini. A site check on 2026-09-08 found the restaurant's own website live with 2026 copyright text and a working online-ordering system, and Yelp's listing, updated September 2026, shows continued activity at the Eldridge Street address. Google Places also lists the location as operational as of the same check.
