What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Nexus Brewery and Restaurant in Albuquerque for 'Comfort and Soul' (aired 2013-11-25), an episode centered on the brewpub's New Mexican soul food menu. Nexus operates at 4730 Pan American Freeway NE, Suite D. A direct check of the restaurant's own website on 2026-09-08 found it live with a working online ordering widget and posted hours of 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM on Sunday, with the site closed only on Easter, Christmas, July 4th and Thanksgiving. The site brands the location as The Smokehouse and still describes Nexus as a New Mexican soul food restaurant and brewery, though the page's copyright notice and the latest year referenced in its text date to 2022, several years before this check.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
