What happened after Best Thing I Ever Ate?
On All-Star Best Thing I Ever Ate's 'Marvelous Meats' episode, Guy Fieri named the carne asada burrito at Roberto's Taco Shop a longtime favorite, saying its simplicity and generous portion of carne asada set it apart; he has stopped at the location, across from his alma mater UNLV, on visits to Las Vegas since attending school there. Roberto's Taco Shop is a Mexican quick-service chain that, according to its own website, has served traditional food for roughly 60 years and now operates more than 80 locations across California, Nevada, and Texas. The Las Vegas Boulevard location's page on robertostacoshop.com, checked in September 2026, listed 2026 copyright dates, current hours, and an active online-ordering widget. No independent, dated review specific to that address was found during this check.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
