What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Salao Tapas & Bar appeared in Food Network's 'Flavor Expedition' episode (aired 2022-05-27). The business is a tapas bar and wine lounge situated along PR-1 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. According to the business's own website (accessed 2026-09-08), current pages present a food menu, a separate wine list, and an online table-reservation tool for guests planning a visit. The site does not display a copyright year or an explicit 2026 date elsewhere on its pages, but the working reservation system and live menu content were confirmed current as of the September 2026 check. Google Places separately lists the business as operational, corroborating the website's account of continued service. No press coverage independent of these two sources was located for this record.
