What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

On the July 2012 Dynamic Dishes episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Guy Fieri stopped at this Arlington restaurant for its Eastern European and Russian comfort cooking, built on recipes the owners brought from the region. The restaurant, at 1901 West Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, Texas, described itself on its own website as a from-scratch European kitchen. The segment highlighted handmade dumplings and slow-cooked specialties that set the menu apart from the area's typical Tex-Mex fare. Yelp's page for the restaurant, updated in July 2026, carried no closed flag at the time, but it has since been overtaken by local coverage: CultureMap Dallas and CultureMap Fort Worth reported on July 8 and 9, 2026 that the restaurant would close permanently at the end of July, with co-owner Alexandre Tsalko confirming the closure on the record. The restaurant's own website now displays a banner reading "THIS IS A NON LIVE LOCATION." It was the restaurant's second closure; the first came in 2024, followed by a reopening in November 2024.
