What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Hot Dog Paradise 2: The Missing Links' (aired 2013) featured The Whistle Pig, the bacon-wrapped, deep-fried, cheese-covered hot dog served at Page's Restaurant in the Niagara Falls area. Page's operated as a sit-down restaurant at 7001 Packard Rd. in Niagara Falls, New York, serving the dish alongside a broader American menu. According to a wnypapers.com article dated 2021-05-07, the former Page's Restaurant and Whistle Pig building at that address had been demolished, leaving no structure standing at the site. A Yelp listing for the business separately lists it as permanently closed. This record reflects the original Packard Road location featured in the episode; a differently-owned business using the Whistle Pig name has since surfaced elsewhere in the area, but that is a separate location not covered here.
