On Food Paradise's 'Chili Paradise' episode (2012), White Knight Diner appeared for the slinger, a St. Louis diner dish of a burger patty topped with eggs, hash browns, and chili. The diner occupies a small castle-shaped building at the corner of Olive and North 18th streets in downtown St. Louis, according to Riverfront Times, and has served the neighborhood for more than 60 years. A Yelp listing updated in August 2026 lists hours of Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the diner closed Sundays and accepting cash only. A Wheree menu page updated in 2026 lists the same address and menu offerings.
