What happened after Food Paradise?
On Food Paradise's 'Chili Paradise' episode (2012), The Shed appeared for its red chile sauce, ladled over blue corn enchiladas and burritos at its Santa Fe Plaza location. The restaurant serves a New Mexican menu built around locally grown red and green chile, a style closely associated with Santa Fe's dining scene. According to the restaurant's own website, current as of a September 2026 check with a live 2026 copyright notice, the eatery also runs a gift shop and an online store selling chile and other regional foods, extending its identity as a local product beyond the dining room. The site listed its address as 113 1/2 E Palace Ave, a block off the historic Santa Fe Plaza, in the same downtown location as when it was featured.
