What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives featured YJ's Snack Bar in "A World of Flavors," which aired 2008-04-07, spotlighting the counter-service snack bar's short menu in Kansas City, Missouri. YJ's Snack Bar operated as a small, casual snack counter in Kansas City. Public listings for the business now diverge on address: a Yelp page updated 2026-04 shows a location at 1746 Washington Street marked permanently closed, while a separate Foursquare listing places an entry for the business at 128 West 18th Street, also marked 'Now Closed.' Neither listing carries an owner statement or news account explaining the closure, and no current website or social account was found for the business during a September 2026 search. Given the conflicting addresses, it is unclear whether these listings describe one relocated business or two separate entries under a similar name, but both indicate the snack bar is no longer operating under either address as of 2026.
