Also in Globetrottin', Guy Fieri explored 13 Gypsies' Spanish tapas menu, where the kitchen cures its own meats, bakes its own bread and makes cheeses, sausages and pickles from scratch. The tiny Riverside-neighborhood restaurant occupies a two-story Spanish-style building built in 1923 by Henrietta Dozier, Jacksonville's first female architect, and seats only 14 guests inside plus four on a patio. 13 Gypsies continues to operate at 887 Stockton Street, according to a Yelp listing updated 2026-08 with more than 350 reviews, and OpenTable's current listing confirms the restaurant is still taking reservations for its Tuesday-through-Saturday dinner service, pouring mainly Spanish wines and Florida-brewed beer.
