What happened after Food Paradise?

In 'Late Night Paradise,' the show featured Ian's Pizza for its mac n' cheese pizza, sold by the slice to the late-night State Street crowd near the University of Wisconsin campus. Ian's Pizza opened as a single State Street pizzeria and has since grown into a small chain, with the site's own location list now also showing shops in Milwaukee, Cedar Rapids, and Verona. The business's own website, ianspizza.com, carries a 2026 copyright and currently lists the State Street shop among those active locations, alongside catering, merchandise, gift cards, and a careers page for hiring pizza crew. Google's business listing separately shows the State Street address as operational, with no indication of closure. The same website also lists a separate donation-request page tied to its community fundraising efforts.
