What happened after Restaurant Stakeout?

"Restaurant Stakeout" season 5's "Grand Opening Stakeout" (episode 12, aired September 3, 2014) followed Willie Degel to the Brookside Grill in Highland Mills, New York. Food Network's episode description says owner Pat had previously closed the Grill over problems with a former business partner and was gambling on a re-opening with new partners at the time of filming, with the episode framed around whether Degel could help reignite the business before Pat's renewed effort came apart the same way.
