What happened after Restaurant Stakeout?

In the season 5 premiere, "Las Vegas Stakeout," Willie Degel helped Buon Gusto Italian Restaurant in the Las Vegas area, which Tommy Thomsen had bought so he and his chef son, Joel, could run it together despite having no prior restaurant experience of their own. According to the show's own description, Tommy found himself in over his head and watched his retirement nest egg vanishing before calling in Degel to turn the business into a moneymaker.
