What happened after Food Paradise?

The episode featured Fire on the Mountain's wing menu, sold at a range of heat levels and paired with local beer at what the business's own site calls Portland's original wing joint, locally owned and operating since 2005. Fire on the Mountain is a wings-and-beer restaurant at 1708 E. Burnside Street in Portland, one of three Portland-area locations along with sites on North Interstate Avenue and Northeast 57th Avenue. According to Yelp, the Burnside Street listing was updated in September 2026, with reviews posted throughout the year including a June 2026 review praising the wings.

A separate April 2026 review on the same page described a less positive visit, though the location's overall review volume has continued to grow through 2026. The restaurant's own website lists current hours, a full beer list, and a shop page for merchandise and sauces.
