What happened after Food Paradise?

In 'Late Night Paradise,' the show featured Fat Shack for its loaded fat sandwiches, cheese fries, and wings, built as late-night bar food for the crowd near Colorado State University. Fat Shack has grown from a single late-night sandwich shop into a small franchise chain, with the College Avenue address serving as one of its Fort Collins locations. The business's own website, fatshack.com, lists current hours for that location - 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on weeknights, extending to 3 a.m. on weekends - and, per its server headers, the site was last modified on September 9, 2026. The site also promotes an annual Fat Shack 5K Challenge and a franchise program. Google's business listing separately shows the College Avenue address as operational.
