Koja Kitchen began as a single food truck in 2013 and opened its first brick-and-mortar location, Koja Clement, in San Francisco in 2015. The brand has since grown into several San Francisco Bay Area storefronts. Yelp's listing for Koja Kitchen SF Spark, a Mission Bay location at 601 Mission Bay Boulevard North, was updated August 2026 and continues to show active customer reviews; a separate Koja Kitchen listing on Clement Street was updated September 2026 with more than 700 reviews.
