What happened after Food Paradise?
The 'Best of the Midwest' episode featured Merriment Social, spotlighting the Walker's Point bar and restaurant's burger, built with the kitchen's own Social Sauce. Merriment Social is a restaurant and bar at 240 E Pittsburgh Ave in Milwaukee's Walker's Point neighborhood, describing itself on its website as a gathering place built around a seasonal food and drink menu. On 2026-09-07, merrimentsocial.com showed a full food menu, current hours (Wednesday-Thursday 4-9 p.m., Friday 4-10 p.m., and weekend hours through 10 p.m.), and an active online ordering system, according to the business's own site. Google's business listing, checked the same day, separately marked the address operational. Together, the two sources show Merriment Social still serving its original Walker's Point location under the same name and concept it had when the episode aired.
