What happened after Food Paradise?

The 'Best of the Midwest' episode featured Coppin's, the restaurant inside Hotel Covington in Covington, Kentucky, known for a modern American menu built on locally and globally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on sustainability and local artisans. Coppin's Restaurant & Bar operates at 638 Madison Ave and is described on its website as 'the culinary heart of Hotel Covington.' On 2026-09-07, hotelcovington.com's Coppin's page listed a current rotating seasonal menu, signature cocktails, and reservation booking, and noted an OpenTable Diners' Choice Award, according to the business's own site. Google's business listing for the address, checked the same day, separately marked it operational. Together, the two sources show Coppin's continuing to operate as Hotel Covington's in-house restaurant and bar under the same name and concept as when the episode aired.
