What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?
On the November 2015 episode 'Piggin' Out,' Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Pig Latin, a Colorado Springs eatery built around a pork-and-pun concept blending Latin American street food with barbecue-style pork dishes. The segment focused on the kitchen's pork-based tacos and sandwiches, prepared with a Latin-fusion spin consistent with the restaurant's punning name. Pig Latin was located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, at the time of filming. Current research turns up two separately listed businesses that could be connected to the original: PigLatin Cocina, a Latin-fusion restaurant at 2825 Dublin Boulevard whose own website carries a 2018 copyright but which still runs a Toast online-ordering page and holds a 4.2-star Tripadvisor rating from recent reviews, and a Piglatin Food Truck at a different Colorado Springs address that a Yelp listing updated in May 2026 marks permanently closed.
