What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives visited Paravicini's Italian Bistro for the 'Isle-Talian' episode, which aired 2015-12-04 and paired Caribbean and Italian menus at several stops. According to Flavortown USA, Guy Fieri sampled the neighborhood bistro's arancini and a veal dish. Owner-chef Franco Pisani told the Colorado Springs Gazette, "I'm just happy Colorado Springs got recognized." Paravicini's is an Italian restaurant on Colorado Springs's west side, along West Colorado Avenue. A check of the bistro's own website on 2026-09-08 found it live, listing lunch hours and a working online-ordering link for takeout, according to paravicinis.com. The site's branding also confirmed the business's name is spelled "Paravicini's," differing from the "Parvicini's" spelling used in the original episode listing.
