What happened after Food Paradise?
Food Paradise's 'Passport on a Plate' episode featured Vinny's Ristorante, an Italian restaurant on Broadway in Somerville, Massachusetts, that describes its food as authentic Sicilian cooking rooted in family recipes, according to the restaurant's own website. The site places the restaurant about 300 yards from the Boston city line near Sullivan Square Station and frames the kitchen's approach as 'The Legacy' of Sicilian-style dishes and hospitality passed down through the family that runs it. A 2026-09-08 check of vinnysatnights.com found the site live with a 2026 copyright notice and posted weekend hours -- Saturday 11 AM-10 PM and Sunday 4-9 PM -- for the 76 Broadway address. Google Places separately listed the business as operational at the same address on the same date, matching the current site.

We work hard to keep every status accurate and dated, but restaurants change fast and our sources aren't perfect. If something here is wrong — a status, a name, an address, anything — tell us what you're seeing and where you saw it, and we'll check it.
