Best Thing I Ever Ate's 'Supreme Sweets' episode showcased a dessert course from Gato, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant chef Bobby Flay opened in 2014 in Manhattan's NoHo neighborhood. The menu drew on Spanish, Italian, and North African influences, and Flay described it as one of his most personal projects.
