What happened after Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives?

"Tacos, Turtles, and Tri-tip" also featured Midtown Creperie, a breakfast-and-brunch café in Stockton known for sweet and savory crepes alongside catering services. The café built a following as a neighborhood spot for weekend breakfast crowds, later adding on-site and event catering to its menu. Yelp's listing for Midtown Creperie & Café is marked CLOSED as of an August 2026 update, with the page carrying more than 800 reviews accumulated over the restaurant's run. Google Places similarly lists the business as permanently closed. The restaurant's original web domain, midtowncreperie.co, no longer belongs to the business; a September 2026 check found it hosting unrelated gambling content, consistent with the domain having lapsed after closure. A Grubhub delivery page referencing a nearby Pacific Avenue address suggests a similarly named operation may have continued in some form, though that could not be independently confirmed.
