What happened after Food Paradise?
The 2012 episode "Bacon Paradise 2: Another Slab" featured The Berkshire, a pig-themed New American restaurant known for a pork-heavy menu that included bacon-forward dishes. The Berkshire opened when the East 29th Avenue Town Center in Denver's Stapleton neighborhood was completed, and it was run by owners Andy and Krissy Ganick, who also operated The Pig & The Sprout in Denver's LoDo neighborhood. According to Denver Westword, the Ganicks closed The Berkshire on February 2, 2020 after twelve years in business, marking its run with a final weekend of drinks on Saturday, February 1, followed by one last brunch service for regulars on Sunday. Google Places lists the Stapleton address as permanently closed, and the restaurant's former website domain now hosts unrelated content, per a check on 2026-09-08.
